1.Standard shipping : We send products by epacket or China Post Air Mail. shipping time is 10-25 working days to most of country(to USA / Canada / Australia / United Kingdom).15-35days to most countries in Europe.
2.we also provide express by EMS(5-10 days),by DHL(4-7days) or UPS(4-7 days). The cost is a higher than standard postage, about $35 or higher.Shipping way will depend on your order quantity.
3.We will use your shipping address filed on our website as the shipping address for the merchandise. If you would like to change the address, please contact us immediately after your payment.(We have zero tolerance for credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise. Any fraudulent purchases will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If your billing address is different than your shipping address you will be required to fill out a credit card authorization form and send documentation before your shipment is released. Order Processing Time
In most cases the order would be sent out in 24 hours except weekends and holidays, some special orders may also take 2-3 business days to process. We will contact you if we can’t ship your order within 3-7 business days.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please check your shipping address very CAREFULLY when placing order.
Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package. Your order will be shipped via UPS to the address you provide. It is extremely important that you give us the most accurate and complete information possible. If an address correction needs to be made after your shipment has been sent you will be assessed the $10 fee USPS charges us to make the correction.
If a shipment is returned to us due to a bad address you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.
If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please contact us immediately. We will contact USPS right away and initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation. This investigation can take up to 8-10 business days. If it is determined that your shipment has been lost a replacement will be sent pending USPS’s investigation of the situation.

We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be charged by Customs for any International deliveries. And of course we will do whatever we can do to help customers avoid paying taxes and duties.
We suggest you to contact your respective customs office and ask about import regulations and restriction. As our experience, there are no duties, taxes or any other fees for customers from USA and most European countries.
If your order is returned to us intact due to a refusal to pay customs fees, refusal to accept the order or because no one was there to accept delivery of your order, we will refund your credit card as follows: You will be refunded the total amount of the order, minus the shipping charge, and return postage fees.
